ARC-DEL is a Berlin-based real estate development and project delivery platform specializing in international projects across Europe.
Founded by Félix Eduard Weiss and Torsten Möbis, ARC-DEL combines expertise in project development, architecture, and project management.
Together with its team, ARC-DEL supports investors and developers throughout the entire project lifecycle, from concept and feasibility to planning coordination, construction management and final delivery.
In collaboration with its network of partners, ARC-DEL connects international investment with local planning expertise to deliver projects efficiently and in accordance with European regulations and standards.
